About Me

I am pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Kathmandu University (KU), where I have developed a strong interest and proficiency in machine learning, data science, and programming. I have completed multiple courses and certifications in Python, SQL, and data science methodologies, and have applied my skills and knowledge to various projects and competitions. One of my proudest achievements was being a global nominee for the NASA International Space App Challenge 2019, where my team and I created a web app that visualized and analyzed the habitability of exoplanets. I am motivated to learn more and explore the possibilities of machine learning and data science in solving real-world problems and creating positive impact.

Portfolio

Project 1

Productivity Plus

Productivity plus is a personal day planner, which helps a user to keep records of important tasks. Users need to sign up to create account and add their dates of pending assignments, upcoming internals, books borrowed from library and progress of their project. It is especially designed for Kathmandu University students.

Project 2

Parkinson-Disease ML Classifier

The research-based project where we created a program that gave us the basic initiation on which classification algorithm would be best for prediction of Parkinson's disease using dataset available on UCI ML repository.

Project 3

Food image classification using CNN

The research-based approach project where we created a program that gave us the nutritional values of the food using food’s image as a source. We used Streamlit and Flask web framework in order to create our website, thereby letting the users drag and drop their desired input image for extracting the nutritional information about it.
